Can someone tell me which t-shirt cut most women like? Is it true that they prefer fitted? I've only recently heard of babydoll tees but have no idea how they are different.
What are your top recommendations in terms of brand and style for women? How about colors? What basic ones should I carry?
I also realized that women shirts tend to be more expensive than men's. Why is that? Is it the same logic that women's haircuts cost more than men's? It's just because they could charge more?
Thanks in advance!

I think some of the answers to your questions depend upon what your target market is. Are we talking about soccer moms or teens? Women do prefer a t cut for them rather than men. Older ladies do not care so much for V-necks, younger ones do. Teens like baby dolls and very fitted shirts that are long in the torso.
In my retail operation we do not tend to price women's tees higher then men's, unless the blank is much more expensive. But I know what you mean, and that is not unusual I guess out there in Mall-land. I don't see any good reason for it though...
I am wondering if you can help me? I am looking for womens t-shirt blanks that are a cotton blend, fitted, longer length, crew neck and in most of the primary colors. The best I have seen is used by KatydidCollection.com and they are 95% cotton and 5% spandex but I can not find the blanks anywhere and the company will not tell me where they get them. The tag says made in the USA. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!
