Default Brand name favorite

I am getting ready to run another set of shirts but I was not happy with the Gildan shirts I used before....to heavy. I do mostly women's designs so I want something very
soft and comfortable, not yet ready to move up to bamboo.....What is recommened keeping in mind cost and where is the best place to buy the blanks? Thanks Pam

Don't set your whole opinion on a brand by one style in their line. Gildan has very comfortable, soft, and well-cut styles in their product line-up. I am guessing that used the generic 6.1 oz. 100% tee from Gildan.

Check with your supplier, Gildan just released a 4.? oz. tee that is combed-cotton and rivals the fabric sold by much more expensive American Apparel.

If that doesn't do what you would like, than try Anvil's Combed Cotton tee. I have used it plenty in the past as an economical alternative to AA. Once Gildan's new tee is more widely consistently available, I will be switching over to them though.

To purchase blanks I use both One Stop - America's Best Supplier and www.alphashirt.com both require a business license, but they have no minimums and very competitive rates. I also receive my shirts the morning after I order them so utilizing a Just-In-Time inventory system is a breeze.

Best of luck to ya!

Thank you so much! That was VERY helpful. Short of going out and actually feeling every shirt in the world....this referral is much better. Is Hanes Silver tee (which I was considering) a lot more expensive and is it worth it, I have heard differing opinions?
Thanks again,
Pam

Thank you for the info! It was most helpful and I appreciate it! By the way, are Hanes Silver tees over rated or just to pricey?
