Help;
Can someone out here point me in the direction of true wholesalers for promotional produts for my customers, such as coffee mugs and other items. Most companies are only distrubutors and my customers can buy from them. Where are the true wholesalers. Thanks

You may want to try joining an association like the ASI. That will give you access to the true promotional item wholesalers that your customers will not have access to.

Of course, if your customer wanted to, they could search google for wholesale mugs and find a competitive quote for just about any item, but the ASI will give you access to more vendors than they generally can find.

There's also smaller, but similar organizations like that. I think one is called PPAI.

For starters you are not going to be able to join any of the professional groups without some sort of qualifying status...either by sales, contact or..?? but are they worth it??? depends on what you are doing and how much you want to make/do.. I belong to five different professiton groups...I would not be member is I did not believe they are worth it.

I would say your best bet to get entry is Distributor Central to start..
