You could go through an overseas manufacturer if you wanted to do something like that. It would be very time consuming,expensive,and frustrating though.

I think places like SanMar and TSCApparel carry work jackets. I know TSC carries Dickies brand stuff.
You may be able to find leather jackets from large wholesalers like SanMar as well.
