Recently, I was planning on having a design printed on the Fruit of the Loom 50/50 5.4 oz 5930R, but when I was talking to the screen printing company, they told me Fruit of the Loom had poor t-shirts. Their collars frequently stretch out, the shirts become disproportional after a while, and the colors easily fade.

Researching these forums, I found this particular 50/50 Fruit of the Loom to receive a fair amount of praise. It's soft for not being ringspun cotton, it doesn't fade as much as other shirts, because it's 50/50, and it fits pretty well.

So, can anyone tell me their experience regarding these shirts?

Basically, I wanted a shirt that's soft, not too heavy, and not vintage fit.

I think you already read experiences with these shirts in the other threads

Some people love them, some people don't. That will be true for all t-shirts.

What you should do is buy a sample t-shirt for yourself so you can test the quality and make your own first hand decision.
