Smile Ladies soft cotton shirts

Usually I use Bella tees for ladies they have different styles like American Apparel but not as many.

My only problem with ladies shirts is the cost is much higher than men shirts. What other brand for ladies would you recommend that has a soft cotton feel and of good quality, with a lower price if any?

By the time you purchase bella or AA you have to charge the customer almost $6 for ladies shirts

Thanks for your help

All of my favorite soft and fashionable shirts I sell to clients are in the same price range, my clients need to understand, if you want basic box shirts, you get a low price. If you want beautiful, soft, fashionable tees their customers and clients will actually wear, it cost more. Would they like to spend less supplying car was rags or more supplying clothing that will be seen out for a long time....seems the quality investment cost more...go figure, we're no different than any other industry, quality cost.

Anvil, Hanes, Gildan & FOL all have womens cut tees now. I'm sure they don't compare to Bella, AA, etc. in softness or style, but they will be less expensive in most cases.

This will happen from time to time. As professionals, we can not let clients tell us what our products are worth. We can only work with clients who understand the reality of their orders value and see them selves in a proffessional enough light to sell their products for what they are worth. Some clients we loose which frees us up to market our selves to the clients we will enjoy working with.

What are specs on the job and what do they want to pay? There may be a way for you to accomodate them.

Maybe for just the shirts....but not embellished. At least I couldn't do it.

I think it really depends on what shirt you use, as the mens are chaper than the womens but it might be doable. Have you checked the price on hanes silver for ladies? the are supposed to be nice but I have never checked them out. Are these white shirts or colored? that will make a big difference in your price also does this price include your printing of them also ? If so that would be a crazy price I think, at least for me

That's approx. $2.85 per shirt they want to pay, for the apparel and the printing! you how ever have to:
* get their art ready to burn which could involve minutes or hours
*spend your time finding and ordering shirts
*pay for shirts and freight
*burn screens
*provide ink
*print...how many colors, how many locations?
*cure with your elec. bill
*inspect, fold and pack 350 shirts
*deliver, collect money
*be nice to a customer insisting on below sweatshop rates.....

Perhaps you'll find away but personally, it's o.k. to let people know they can not afford to have shirts made...not directly but simply by being professional which involves a qoute for work requested, either they go with you or not but never should a customer tell you what your work is worth.

I would quite waisting my time

Thank you everyone. I gave them a higher quote if they want to get them done unless they want to use cheaper shirts
