Me and my associate tried placing a order twice with the company and both times the shirts did not come so we think that the site might not be legit. So does anyone know if this "company" has a phone number? If so I will appreciate it a lot. Thanks in advance.
That's strange, I just received an order I placed with them. They do not (as far as I know) have a phone number listed on the site but they have an email and street address. You might try sending them an email. I've ordered from them several times without a problem.

They are definitely legitimate, I have also used them several times.
I looked and looked for a phone number a coupe of months ago too, it was nowhere to be found as far as I could see on their site.
What I ended up doing was e-mailing them with this address, I got a CSR that was VERY helpful and nice, it wasn't as quick as a phone call, but I got my problem fixed.
(My problem was a few shirts missing, then they sent another package, it wasn't the right colors, [I wanted gray] so I e-mailed again. They sent ANOTHER package, it was also wrong, so they ended up letting me keep the extra 15 shirts, so to say I was happy about that, well, it made me forget the problem)
I'd use 'em again, and will, but hopefully they get my next order straight...
They more than likely do so many transactions daily that they don't want to be disturbed with calls, maybe they're a skeleton crew, I don't know, but I like their policies.
I've ordered from them a few times. I like their service. There's a distribution center in DE and I get my orders the next day if they're in by 4pm. I've only had one shirt missing. They have an automated process to report this type of problem and my replacement shirt arrived about 2 days later. Definitely legit.
I am curious to know how they're pricing compares to wholesalers that require you to register with.
Does anyone (Joe or any of the rest of you) know how to find the address and names of their company management?
I've ordered from them several times with great service and prompt delivery. But the order I placed on Tuesday (November 24) will not get here until December 1 and 2 according to the UPS tracking. It's coming in two parts.
I was told by Jiffy that I'd have my order November 30 and was counting on it. Now they are saying it is beyond their control, because UPS was not delivering on Friday 11-27. Only they were. *I* got deliveries from both UPS and FedEx so I know they were. Normally it would not be an issue. But I have an order due to my customer for an open house on December 3rd. Arghh!
Jiffy does not have phone numbers or any addresses, etc. posted on their web-site. I've asked what will be here December 1 -- I can work with that date if I have to. But boy -- if what I need gets here December 2 I'm in trouble. The answers I'm getting from the email aren't helpful. I've given the tracking numbers, but they either won't (or can't) tell me what is in which shipment.
It won't help the current situation, but I really would like to comment to management.
However, based on this experience, I would say -- great if you aren't in a hurry. And shipping prices are absolutely RIGHT in terms of cost. BUT, if you have a deadline, go with a company that offers overnight, even if you have to pay more for the shirts and for shipping. This uncertainty is killing me!

That web address is to a page on the Jiffy Shirts site that somehow I never got to -- and I thought I'd tried them all.
I also thought that I should say that I did get a reply today with the information on what will be in the December 1 shipment, and I will have what I need to complete my order so I'm feeling a lot calmer.
