i'm looking to having my own shirts made.... both t-shirts and dress shirts.... anyone know of a place that creates the shirts from a pattern... i have a pattern maker and a seamstress that i'm working with...but need to get to the next level soon regarding my line

when i have the shirts made...do i have to get an RN number/etc..... not sure on all the requirements.....
