Which places will allow me to buy wholesale without a seller's permit/resale license?

I would suggest getting a resale license since you will get better deals from the major t-shirt wholesalers with one.

It also may be a legal requirement in your state if you are buying wholesale merchandise or selling products.

For shirt blanks, Broder Bros. and Alpha Shirt do not require a business license or resale certificate to get an account, but they will charge you sales tax without it. That's a big headache to pay and for your accountant to keep track of. Plus, you end up paying tax twice -- the second time when you owe the sales tax to the state for the finished product you delivered to your customer.

just curious how do these guys compare to like tsc as far as pricing? im interested mainly in the fashion tees like aa and jerzees as well i work in mexico and its been a headache with tsc they sent me a credit application of all things!
