Smile Sample Tee's How Many? Whats your Test?

Hey , I'm getting ready to order samples from a tee shirt supplier. How many shirts and in what sizes would you suggest getting to try out inks, etc. And what sort of test do you generally put them through for durability? Thanks

I usually buy one or two that is my size to test both the sizing, feel of the garment while I wear it, durability of construction after I wash it, length of arms, neck hole sizing, etc.

If I'm testing printing then I'll buy the same color of different brands to test the print under similar circumstances with different brands.

I wonder what other tests people do on the t-shirt samples they purchase.

Depending on whether I'm buying the sample because I'm curious, or really wanting to test it out because I'm seriously considering using it, I'll buy just one or two or the full size range respectively. I like to get a couple of different friends to try blanks, since we have different builds and different opinions.
