If you call during business hours, they will setup your account right on the phone and you won't need any special contact.
be sure to tell them that you are an imprintable business (Screenprinting, heat Transfers, vinyl) and that you want case pricing and you do business with another supplier.
I tried to call the person that sent me the email after I filled out the online account info. I'll try them back on Monday.
I delt with a woman named Lou and she got me set up within a couple of days. The office must not be very large because everyone else I've talked with knew exactly who Lou was and what dept. she worked in.
