Hi everyone,

I'm looking to produce and market a set of bed sheets and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction of somewhere I can have this done. I'm looking to make a few hundred so the minimum needs to be fairly small. If anyone has any ideas or contacts they wouldn't mind sharing it would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

I would probably look for a cut and sew type factory locally, or either through alibaba.com (internationally)

Has anyone had any experience sourcing through alibaba? I know of people locally that can sew the sheets, however I dont know of anyone who can screen print fabric large enough to make bed sheets. Im located in the Bay Area if anyone can help. thanks!!

yah I asked them, they cant do it for screenprint, but can do digital however its pretty pricey. Any other thoughts? Thanks for the help btw.

I think even yardage printers may have trouble with sheets, since they're potentially wider than the print table. Alibaba might have to be the way to go, because you'd probably need to climb up a notch on the manufacturing chain.

There are lots of those bed sheet manufacturers in China, you can find them by Google or Alibaba, Made-in-china.com.
