Has anyone actually done business with Monag? Someone on the forum recommended them because they have maternity T-shirts as well as a good selection of kid's and infant t's. I am really happy because there appears to be a really good selection of styles and colors (no prices, though). I have been trying to contact customer service for the last three days (via phone and e-mail) in order to obtain prices, but I have been unable to get a response. Does anyone know if they still in business? I have even gone so far as to use the "place an order" option on the phone tree figuring I would be able to talk to someone, but still no luck. Their tradeshow calendar indicates a show March 9 - 11 so maybe the entire office cleared out, but whatever the situation the customer service is LOUSY.

I use Monag & they do seem to become MIA during tradeshows, they are a smaller company in upstate NY. I have had no problem with orders or customer service. I am very satisfied with their garment quality & they ship right away. My only complaint would be that they don't always have what I need in stock, (but they let me know right away & offer a substitute) & let me know when they will have what I need.
If you request a catalog the price lists are included.

Thanks for the information and I'm glad to hear they are still open for biz. Hopefully they will get back to me next week, as the tradeshow is over on Sunday.
