The hoodie would be, 100% Cotton Inner, 100% Cotton outter shell?
360 -400gsm?
custom cut.

Anyone had dealing with oversea places (china, india etc)

For around 250 you're going to have a very hard time finding a manufacturer. 500 might be a little easier, but even if you're willing to pay a high price you might have a hard time finding someone to take the job.

You should check out Jerico, they do custom hoodies with very low minimums.

Hummmm,I don't know whether I'm suitable to reply this topic here.
As Jasonda said, it's indeed very difficult to find out any manufacturer who can accept such an small order no matter how much you would like to pay, because the manufacturer can only benefit $100 or $200 from your small order, it's not even enough for paying salary to their hundreds of workers.

As what Jasonda suggested, Alibaba is a tool to find the suppliers, only being careful on those bilkers there. Anyway, Good luck to you.
