The reason I asked about 1000's is that the minimums for custom garments usually run pretty high. Although not all require 1000's, they are usually 600 pieces or more.

Yes, I am sure there are minimums although I found one that said they didn't have a min. requirement. Depending on the price I am thinking of large order, and starting a website with my designs, and blank tees. There seems to be a real need for the blanks, but all the costs have to be factored. So, right now I am investigating the possibilities. More than likely this is over my budget, but we shall see. You have to think big to make it, and if it falls short, nothing lost but a little time. Again, thanks for your help.

HI: Actually I am looking for less expensive than the few on the Internet. I was thinking of a large order to resell as blanks. I sent e-mails through alibaba and have received MANY replies. It's a bit overwhelming though, and I am not sure about dealing with China, wish I could go there to the factory. I would feel better about it. There prices are good, just had a reply said $120 shipping, 2.50 for the tees, but they want 70% up front and the other 30% when finished before they will ship. That's kinda scary to me. Do not want to get ripped off. Anyway, thanks for your responses, and I am still forging ahead.
I know of someone who is using a company overseas to manufacture their textile products. He's getting great quality at a great price. It can be done, just finding the right one can be tricky at times.
Unfortunately, I don't know who he's using.
