Default Pricing... when to buy?

Within a period of 1 week I've seen up to 50% price increases at both S&S and SanMar (specifically the Hanes Beefy Tee, but the other "heavyweights" as well).

Is there a certain time to buy? Any recommendations? An increase of anywhere from $.30 to $1.25 a shirt can be a big deal, especially when buying in quantity.

Thanks!

Were they on sale the week before? I've found NES to be the most cost effective for me, using Gildan normally. And that's not just because of shipping, as there is another wholesaler near NES. I signed up with them and their prices are about $1 more per shirt for some of the ones I was looking at!

NES?

Can't say I've heard of them.

No, they weren't on sale to my knowledge.

The prices fluctuate quite a bit and sometimes have yearly increases.

They have sales quite often, so if you think you'll need blanks at the time of the sale, you might as well purchase then.
