I am starting my brand and need to produce the shirts in chicgao (for now to test market, and show sampls to potential customers)
I definetly do not want the hanes or other t shirt manufacturer name showing there. a t shirt is a t shirt, you sell it because of the image you vehiculate, the marketing is everything. I need to have something cool, with explain the phylosophy of my brand.
I have in fact 4 questions:
1) what is the best quality shirt avaiable? average price?
2) can you buy shirts from major manufacturer without their tag? if not
3) how do you replace the their tags with your custom one?
4) what is the best place ot get you custom tags done?

I want a t shirt that guys will feel good in, will think of it as a great quality shirt. I have an Nike air Jordan that i bought maybe 18 years ago and the shirt is still perfect. very heavy, very good. that s what i d like.

I think that might be a bit too general of a description to narrow down a good shirt choice
There are lots of shirts that guys feel good in. Different guys feel good in different styles of shirts. Some like slimmer fitting shirts, some like regular cut shirts, some like baggy shirts. Some like heavyweight shirts, some like lightweight t-shirts. You get the idea...
You'll need to narrow down into specifics and then find some t-shirt wholesalers and buy samples to figure out which will be the best shirts for your specific needs.
ok thanks. since it s hard online to feel and explain: without talking about the cut, only the "thickness" of the shirt. to me and i believe to everybdoy else, the heavier the shirt (or the thicker i mean here), the better the shirt will consider as of great quality......

Yes, you are wrong.
Some people consider a thinner shirt a sign of quality (obviously not a thin poorly made import, but something thin, soft, and even). Not everyone wants thick fabric. That's the subjective aspect.
Objectively speaking, thickness (or thinness) of fabric does not indicate quality. Length and strength of fibre, consistency of colour and weight, quality of knitting, etc. etc. indicate quality. That can happen on a thin shirt (Alternative Apparel) or a thick shirt (ProClub).

Although not everyone feels that a heavier shirt is a better quality shirt, it DOES help to explain what you specifically consider a high quality shirt and gives us an idea of what you're looking for.
You should check out the Hanes Beefy Tee, Pro Club, a few of the brands at wholesaledirectusa.com and any t-shirt you see that is 6.1 ounces or above. That would be considered thicker or heavyweight.

You might want to search for a Canadian t-shirt manufacturer. Canadian companies have the option of labeling apparel with a CA# which they get from the government. If the manufacturer uses the CA# they don't usually provide any other company info on the shirts.

a sportswear brand should go with.......what type of t shirt.....(always good quality)
I think the answer to this was hit on the head: you are going to have to do some research and buy some samples. A great shirt is not only thickness, it's quality of the cotton, thread-count, color quality and selection, cut etc etc etc.
Go down to a distributor in your area; most have showrooms with samples of everything in their inventory for you to look at. Lots have sample package pricing available at a discount so you can take home a selection of articles to try out.
