I'm located in Miami, FL and am currently looking for a place where I can purchase wholesale good quality t-shirts (not like the basic hanes or jerzees) similar to that of American Apparel without the heavy price tag.

I will be considering Screen printing for my shirts.

If you have any advice please let me know!

They have a warehouse in Orlando. One of the brands they offer is called Alternative. I think their prices should be comparable, if not lower than AA. And welcome to the forums!

It might be easier to source the blanks online rather than find a local t-shirt wholesaler. Sometimes the brands you want may not have a warehouse locally.

Most of the brands similar to American Apparel have a similar wholesale price. You mentioned "heavy price tag". Make sure you're signed up for a wholesale account with them (or one of their distributors like TSC Apparel 2009 Collection) otherwise the price you see on their website won't be the *wholesale* price, you'll be looking at the *retail* price.

I found a good brand, Tultex but there aren't many distributors.

You can order them on BLANKSTYLE.com for a really good prices.

There is a place called Dale of South Fla call him he has alot different shirts u hv to call him to find out what he has it changes every day. They have a big warehouse at 1065 E 31st Hialieha 305-826-8611.
