SF4 black ink not working switched to 195P but fades
We have a T-Jet 2 and are having problems printing SF4 black. It just stopped one day. Switched to 195P black but it fades too fast after washing. Any suggestions? The 195P prints great. No problems.

SF4 should be black ink just from the black nozzle. 195P black is a mix of the cyan, magenta, yellow, and black ink channels. Have you done a nozzle check to see if the black channel is printing?

We have done the nozzle checks and get it to the point where it is perfect. It prints for awhile and then just stops. We put cleaning fluid in the black cartridge everynight also. Thanks.
