What are the steps for printing on 50/50 blends
pretreatment
curing....

Is it more difficult ? more setup time

The steps for printing 50/50 garments should be the same as you are using for 100% cotton garments. The difference you will see is that the prints on 50/50 are not as bright as the 100% prints.
