Default signlab to fastartist

I cant get the underbase to work (when I click on the hat everything is still grey and not able to set underbase) when I transfer from signlab to fastartist,I get message
"File was created with a later version of the product. May not be able to read entire file. Do you wish to continue?(Discio 12245)"

I did a sign for a company now they want shirts to match the sign any suggestions?

Thank
Kathy

Since FastArtist is a CADLink product, it uses the same file format. The version of FA you are using must have been created from an earlier build of the Signlab code and therefore uses an earlier format. Try exporting the file in a more generic format like EPS or AI.

The issue with the error "File was created with a later version" is just that the two programs are not the same version.

To get around that, export as an .ai file (Illustrator file) if it is a vector or export as a .pdf if it is a raster. This can all be found by going to File>Export and you can then choose from a drop down window.
