I have a 19 year old daughter keeps me up at night when she's not home, and a 8 year old son that keeps me going all day.... Both of them think they are going on 30 HAHA
How far away is your printhead from the garment? You said you were having trouble raising your bed, that's why I ask.
Do all designs print with banding, or just this one?
Also, the print looks very light in the photographs -- is it like that in real life? For troubleshooting purposes, take BobbieLee's suggestion to print at 1440x1440. Posting a picture of that would be helpful.
ok I tried 720 2 passes worked pretty good Just wanted to thank you both Harry & Bobbielee for all your help these past few days. Banding is gone I noted everything temp & humidity fast artist settings , Now I need to get the inks brighter on the white shirts (more reading to do)---
Pre-treatment----
1- preheat press to 330
2- Spray my pretreatment just so I see a light mist
3- brush down fairly firm to make sure to get it into the fibers. I only brush the one direction.
4- use the quilan parchment paper and press at 330 for 15 seconds. Take off the paper and press another 10 seconds. Then I am ready to print
printed shirts 720 2 passes
Curing T-shirts-----

White shirts with no white ink - 60 seconds on 330 degrees
