i would try to take the head out and flush it with cleaning solution to see how much nozzles are actually clogged
if you are not able to get them free try to put the head into cleaning fluid and let it sit for 1 or 2 days
maybe it works

When you remove your cables make sure to keep them the way they are, and look before you remove them which side is blue, so that you put them back the exact same way. They are pretty easy to replace, just do everything opposite of removing it. Make sure when you put your cables back in that they are seated properly and firmly in the slots. Also be careful to not tighten your screws to tight, as they can be easily stripped.

Here is a post I did a while ago for removing the printhead for flushing, but the instructions might help you along I know my Hm1 is a bit different, but most should be accurate

Removing printhead for flushing., hope this helps

Did you check your ribbon cables to make sure they are properly seated in the printhead? If they are not in there all the way, this will happen. Also did you try resetting your ink counter?

Have you tried restarting the computer and printer? Sometimes if there is a communication error it will help. Did you double check to make sure that your ribbon cables are in the correct slots and that the blue side is facing the correct way? I am not sure what that error means haha, as I don't have a tjet. Maybe Harry knows Oh also did you make sure that there are no jobs in your hot folders waiting? Make sure they are clear and there are no print jobs in them.

tried restarting the computer and printer, turned back on printhead to move off capping station and all the way over to the left very slowly and then back to the right and ink & error lights start flashing again,

then in the adjustment program Communication error occurred. and still in the program I get this when trying to reset the waste pad counter --- when i click read nothing happens so i check status
Check the I/F cable connection and power of printer--

before I replaced printhead I was able to print nozzle test now I can't even do that without the lights flashing.

This really is not my week at all.
