hi
i have a blazer pro the printer seems to skip across the rail like jerking so then it stops printing and the error code comes up 00010001 i am in the uk with very little support and help will be great - not sure if i need to replace a motor or does something need oiling?
thanks
Have you tried lubricating the rail the head glides on with light machine oil? That is what I use on mine every couple months to keep it from drying out and binding. Let me know if this works for you. I just put a couple little drops on one side, do a head clean and while it goes to the other side, do the same on the opposite side Makes it slide smooth.

Hi ya
Yes i have done that but didnt do the rails with the white grease as i couldnt get any parts to fit it ( what a stupid place to but the nozzel) i have managed it now and it seems to be working so far.
whist i have got your attention i have a speed treater but yet to print on darks as a bit nervous due to the dreaded blockages etc with the white. any tips also the how do you get the excess pre treatment off
cheers
Hmm I have not used the speed treater, wish I had one haha. But there is a really great thread here that gives great pretreatment info Little Fibers Sticking Up Off Shirt any fix?. alot of people have contributed their little tricks and tips there. Hope this helps, dark shirt printing is an art, and once you get a method down it does get easier Let me know if you have any other questions that I can help with.

Have you got any tips on greasing the lugs as any grease gun i use the nozzel will not fit as there is no clearance - there must be a way but what a place to get to! Machine is still stopping
Hmm I just bought a bottle of light machine oil from the office supply store, that is sold for using on paper shredders. I then just applied a few drops of oil directly to the rail, and did a few head cleans to get it spread evenly I was just careful not to drip in on the machine while doing it

You should be using silicone oil on the rails every week. Forget the grease nipples they are a waste of time. If you call in I will let you have some f.o.c. I am away on installs until Tuesday. If that does not solve the problem I have another solution for you to try.
Dont forget as a T-Jet owner telephone support is still free of charge, you can get the tech number from our website.
