Re: Error eject and power lights flashing simotaniously...
If resetting your waste ink counter does not work, it could also be that your encoder strip needs cleaning or your encoder wheel. Let us know what works

Re: Error eject and power lights flashing simotaniously...
When I do a head cleaning, at the end of the cycle, that is when I get the flashing lights. If I try to print without a head cleaning I get the same error
Re: Error eject and power lights flashing simotaniously...
That sounds like it thinks the head is obstructed or not moving correctly. When you replaced the encoder strip, did you make sure it went through the passage on the back of the print head? Also, are you certain it is oriented correctly?
Re: Error eject and power lights flashing simotaniously...
If the encoder strip was not installed into the sensor on the back side of the carriage correctly, the carriage would "fly" to the left side and slam the frame there. I would make sure that the capping ***'y is perfectly clean and that no ink is built up there that would stick to the bottom of the head and bind it up. Another thing to look at would be the bottom side of the head. Not the very bottom where the nozzle plate is but on the sides of the bottom (if that makes sense). It is common to get ink buildup there during normal operation. There are 2 tabs or guides on the cap assembly that guide the printhead to the proper position on the cap assembly. If too much ink buildup these tabs can grab the head and give the error because the carriage is hard to move. You may also want to clean the 2 chrome carriage guide rails and lubricate them with a light machine oil. It sounds like it could be a carriage binding issue. Does the printer start up normally? If it does, your problem may be elsewhere but none of the things that I have told you will hurt you and should be on your regular maintenance schedule.
Re: Error eject and power lights flashing simotaniously...
I wonder if you might have some buildup in the encoder wheel. Have you tried cleaning it? I am not sure where it is on the tjet, but on the hm1 its behind the front left panel. If that is dirty, or has lint buildup it can also cause errors. Maybe look on equipment zones site to see if they have instructions on how to clean it on the tjet.

Re: Error eject and power lights flashing simotaniously...
I HAVE serious problem. I start up my printer, it moves slowly to the left like normal start up prodcedure, then instead of it going fast to the left twice it moves slowly again and then i get all flashing ink lights. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!
