 Error Code 00010031
When I try to do a power cleaning, and I get the left arrow to get the machine in ready mode. I then hit the down button to find maintenance. The second I hit the down button the machine begins to go through the beginning cleaning again. At the end of that is when the error code comes up. If I just to the regular cleaning by holding down the right button, everything works fine. I can print and do everything. I just can't get it to the maintenance screen to begin the power cleaning. Help!! |
