HELP!

Ok so I have installed FastArtist and FastRIP, and I tried to print from photoshop. The problem is that I receive an error like "Unable to start Photoscript." The other thing is when I try to print from FastArtist, the "bbrip.exe has stopped working error."

Does anyone have a solution please??

I was just wondering if you ever found a solution to this problem. My hard drive crashed and now that it is fixed and I am loading everything back on it, that seems to be the only issue I am having. I would love to here how you resolved the issue or if there is some one you called that help that could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

From Justin in our Support Department:

Check your Windows Printer & Faxes for jobs that are stuck in queues. Delete all pending jobs in all queues and restart your computer. That should clear the error.
