[Fast T-Jet 2] HELP: Unable to start Photoscript

Ok so I have installed FastArtist and FastRIP, and I tried to print from photoshop. The problem is that I receive an error like "Unable to start Photoscript." The other thing is when I try to print from FastArtist, the "bbrip.exe has stopped working error." Does anyone have a solution please?? Thanks.
