Does anyone else own one of these new boards for the Blazer Express? It allows 2 shirts to be run on what is essentially one board thereby cutting production time for a quantity of shirts in half.
My question / problem is this. Mine arrived with no instructions, I haven't seen a video, it doesn't seem to slide right in. How does this frigging thing mount onto the machine????
Support is of no help due to their supposed "move". They have not returned emails..... yet either.
Does anyone have any in-sight. And I am not looking to start slamming the machine or U.S. Screen, so please keep that for another thread. I just want to solve this issue and make some cash.
I am not that familiar with it, but I did work with at US Screen's booth at the ISS Long Beach show when they introduced it and saw a bit on how it was placed. You have to take the lip off, I guess you can call it, so the board can fit right on top like the others do (like in the pic). Then there are adjustments on all for sides that level the board. Hope this can lead in the right direction.
I appreciate the info Billy. That makes perfect sense, but I hesitated taking this thing apart and going beyond the point of no return and screwing something up. Why would they not include instructions??? That would seem like mfg101.
Hi! I have a Blazer Express with a 2 up-board. Theres no reason to slam U S Screen or Scott. So that said I will try to post instructions.Or e-mail them ok?
Next, let me just say that I own or at one time have owned a great deal of products from those guys at U.S. Screen. I owe a ton of my company's success to Scott and his teachings. No one else was doing what he was doing when I wanted to learn. He's a smart guy, a true pioneer and I am a better man today in large part due to crossing paths with him and his company.
Now -- I was directing some constructive criticism. No one is perfect and every company has its issues. Note what I said in my original thread about not slamming U.S. Screen. That was not my purpose. I'm a big fan, and I hate the rumors that are swirling. I read them and got sick to my stomach. I pray that everything is ok out in AZ.

I second that. He gave me the opportunity to get in this industry years ago and since then has been one of my mentors and a great friend.
