we have had 2 blazers for for about 8 months now have worked with the one has had numerous problems, we have worked with US Screen for a while on these problems and have had many different answers, since there closed right now I thought I'd try here.
one of the problems we have is when we print on high speed we get a blurry image or the images don't line up, we have done many things to try and make this work, aligning heads many times, we have gotten factory settings from us screen to zero them out but no luck. has anyone else had this problem at all? and any luck fixing this?

Usually the cause of your images coming out blurry would be your print head height. And if your images are not lining up when printing in HS is because you are not printing at the same height that you did your head alignment in. 3mm (about 2 cd/dvds thick) is the measurement that you want to do your head alignment in and also print in HS. This measurement is also the closest you want to get to your garment. The furthest would be about 5mm. Any higher than that will make your image look blurry.
I guess i should say its all blurry, its more of a double image, we have tired that also, even had the boards close enough to throw the sensors, still does'nt work

If your print height is good than its only 2 things than, your head alignment is really bad or your nozzles on your print head are printing in all different directions meaning that it is going bad or is really dirty. I would try the head alignment before buying a new print head. I recently repaired a pro for a customer having the same issue. His head alignment was bad and also he had a major build up of ink all across the nozzles. Good way to fix this is take a alcohol pad or some cleaning soltuion and lightly wipe off the ink.
