Default White screened underbase for tjets

Too bad this wasnt possible, I tried the 2 inks do not work well together. Maybe a waterbased ink would not bleed?

I have come up with a way to lay down a screened underbase, perfect alignment everytime but the dtg ink doesnt go on smoothly, it bleeds and runs, have tried dry and wet. Maybe its the plastisol?

Any Ideas?

I posted an answer in your other thread.

Doesn't the Tjet already print white? Why the need for a screened method?

I think he is trying to avoid the troubles that come with white ink dtg printing. I have seen a machine that is a hybrid screen print and dtg, but I can't say I was very impressed. Seemed like more trouble then it would be worth. Just my opinion.
