I just have to say...Kudos to Equipment Zone! You guys are great. All the troubles I have had trying to get my T2 up and going and you keep coming through. I did not buy my printer from EZ but you still return my calls and even call after a couple of days to check back. I still have not heard back from the other guys, who are suppose to be my support team. Thanks again for all your help.

Did they just help you over the phone or did they direct connect to your computer to help you set up the software as well?

They helped me only by phone because it is my T2 printer that I am having the problems with. I spoke with them again today and again I must say they were very understanding and easy to talk with. I am still waiting for a phone call or even an email from the others. I guess I better not hold my breath waiting. :-P

I can't thank the Equipment Zone team enough.
Our DTG adventure began in October with buying a used DTG Kiosk II. (the whole business) It has been a nightmare!!

We tried calling the company where it was purchased for help only to be treated very poorly.

But with searching the internet we found Equipment Zone and Harry.

This week the pretreater came and the tech support has been wonderful (thanks for your patience Sabrina)

I really thought we had bought a hunk of junk and now the tshirts are beautiful!!

The DTG was an expansion to an embroidery business and we always need products that the people selling them to us also stand by them.

I wish we had found Harry in October too!!

So Harry I wanted to thank you and your team. Its been a pleasure doing business with you, and I'm looking forward to doing much more in the future!
