We are having problem with installing Fast Artist 1.5 (Fast T Jet -2)

The soft ware gets loaded up to stage where it should ask install Fonts at this point we press skip button if we do not want to install fonts & it should go to next stage where a DOS window opens but, at this point as soon as DOS window opens the system re starts. We copied the software in a pendrive & load again as we thought the soft ware CD must have problem but the result is same ,we don't have a clue why this is happening, & this not a first time this has happened to us
Also,we have tried installing in four diffrent systems but of no use.

Please guide us how to solve this problem. As of now the printer is resting

Hi,

I have seen this problem myself when installing a Blazer Pro. The virus software was clashing with the install but the final problem was lack of resource.

Once I cleaned up the PC and disabled Norton it went on fine.

Help someone, I have installed fast artist 1.5 but it doesn't have all the screens as in the manual it loads my printer as a jumbo instaed of a blazer. any ideas

It sounds like you have the wrong LCF files for the dongle that you have. If you can send your dongle number to us at we can determine what printer model it's for.
