Hi All,

I am having problem with re-installing Fast T jet artist 1.5, it gets loaded but before the last stage
(Font Skip ) ie, before we click Finish button a DOS window opens & the comp gets Re started, no matter how many times we try.
Tried deleting the software but we get some window called:-

After we click 'OK' another window opens saying :-

"Installshield Wizard

Setup has experienced an error.

Error Code: 5001"

I don't have a clue what is this about. we are tried installing in four different systems but of no use.

Sunny,
Something is wrong with your installation disk. If you give US Screen tech support a call they will be able to send you a new copy and get you back up and running quickly.
