I have been trying to startup a T2 without success. Emailed support and of course...it was the holidays. All ink lights and error lights flash. They gave some advice but to no avail and no call back. NOW, there is a new situation. When trying to figure this out on my own, I'm looking at the capping station, I wondered why it appeared to have ink on it when I have yet to get this machine started. I reached to feel the area and....Well that's just dandy...the black square device, capping station, pops up and a spring goes flying..and yes down into the machine. NOW WHAT??? This area is sooo tight and limited to work in. Please, if anyone has advice other than what I want to do (hammer, chainsaw...) PLEASE advise. Thanks

Bravo, thanks for the info about Equipment Zone. THEY called me back ASAP and walked me through the problem. Unlike the support group I'm suppose to have from another company. EZone, you guys are great!
