Default allignment issue... mybe...

my blazer expess prints on the horizontal 1 inch off the board, vertical allignment is fine. it seems that it thinks the 0:0 is off by 1 inch, i tried the plate settings and fastrip setup layout options but it still print 1 inch off vertical center. anyone ?

The printhead itself is 1 inch wide, maybe that's your difference.

Head alignment wont help with your issue. It aligns the fine detail print when using bi-directional printing mode. takes about 15 minutes. For your issue, you might have to compensate in your print preview and align your image an inch off in desired direction.

Several things you could check. Make sure that your size setting is 17" x 30". Make sure you have printer set for roll cut and not roll. Check that your shirt board is not mounted backwards.

If you still have an issue please feel free to give our support department here a call (1-800-408-0040 or 201-797-1504).
