Thanks to equipment zone with their EZ Pro Bulk System and Great Customer Support, my t-jet after 2 years works 100% perfect.....FINALLY
Since having them walk me through the t-jet maintence and purchasing the EZ Pro Bulk System. I have not had any down time in over 2 weeks and have done over 500 runs with NOT losing any shirts due to machine error.

Check Them Out!!!!
What machine are you running? Does the EZ Pro Bulk System PREVENT head clogs, or just normal banding issues that can be prevented with daily maintenence.
It helps with only having to do one pass on certain jobs, instead of 2 making your ink cost per shirt cheaper and you can get twice the production out. It absolutely helps with ink starvation, that was one of my main issues. It helped immediately. I had replaced the capping station, printhead and wiper blade and still had banding. I got the ex pro and the banding was gone on the first print. I think it helps that the chain is on top of the machine instead of inside and it looks as if the tubing is a little larger to help with ink flow.

Glad to see everything has worked out for you. I have talked to many owners who would purchase the add-on but just seem too pricey for what your getting. 400.00 for chain link, bottles, and adjustable tray (all of what most of us have) The only difference is the 2-way tape, holder and cartridges (Correct me if I am wrong as I am not bashing the product at all) I'm not doubting its a smoother delivery just seems too high of a price.
I want to add my praises to Equipment Zone. We also purchased the bulk ink system just over a week ago.
We got hooked up with their help but we still had a problem. Everyone else kept telling us to buy a new print head. I refused as it would have been the 6th in 9 months and I just didn't believe that was the problem. Xavier worked with us to determine the problem was the ribbon cables.
Today we have new cables, the new bulk system and our 7th day of a machine that actually works.
Not only that, the peeking issues we thought we would just have to live with have virtually disappeared.
We could not be happier and are looking forward to really selling product from this machine.
I think the price for the ez pro system is very much justified. I spent over 3,000 in 2 months on parts that didnt make any difference at all. I think if people would buy 4,5,6.7 printheads in a couple of months, why not try the ez pro for 399.99 and get your machine working

You spent $2100 out of pocket in 9 months on printheads with a machine that was down? Now that IS commitment. Ive never had problems with peeking or alignment only with the printheads. I am a firm believer the bulk ink system sold with the machine works fine as I am proof of that. Cables are cheap and well worth replacing every few months or so as standard wear and tear.

It has a 2 year warranty on parts you can easily buy off the internet fairly inexpensively.
If it put a guarantee on the printheads not too clog I would buy one in a heartbeat. You could have the almighty watching over everything but without the heads clogging or proof of preventing that I dont see how 400.00 is a sound investment.

Actually, the cartridges that go into the machine are different, the chip system is different and the containers to hold the ink are different. It connects differently to the print carriage and just works much better. To us it is worth the $400 not to have to invent something ourselves. I think it's less about the parts and more about the testing and technology that went into it.
If, like you, the ink system we had were working well for us, we would not have changed it either. But it was not and we're very happy with our $400 investment. Were I to buy a second machine, I wouldn't even hook it up without the upgraded bulk system.
But that's just me. I'm not arguing with you about it or trying to convince you, just saying that we feel it was the right decision for us and if someone else is have issues with ink flow, it might be the right decision for them. But if it's not broke...

Has Equipment Zone fixed the issue with the bracket on the bulk ink system? When I got mine there wasn't enough clearance between the metal support and the bracket that attaches the exhaust fan to the printer. The initial result was an awful grinding that didn't appear to damage the printer. My current solution is to add 3 nuts to act as a spacer, but over time these nuts loosen and the whole thing falls apart if I don't keep an eye on it. Do they send out an instructional video yet? When I got mine there were just a few pictures of how the finished product was supposed to look, no written directions at all.
The double sided tape didn't last more than a week either, so every time I take out the ink cartridges I have to wrap the ink lines to the metal support bracket with athletic tape.
I don't know about the issues you have or how it was originally made. We've not had any of these issues and I'm not aware of spacing problems or any double stick tape.
It runs much quieter and smoother. A quick head cleaning when we fire it up and it runs beautifully for us. We no longer dread facing our T-Jet each morning.
