Hi, I'm having some troubles with my new T-jet blazer express. Always I made a noozle test the magenta colour is wrong. I made 3 soft cleanings and 2 power cleanings (one with cleaning cartridges). How can I fix it?

You probably have clogging in the Magenta nozzles, damper or cartridge. I would contact the U.S. Screen Support team & they will be able to help to properly diagnose the exact cause.

Contact tech support quickly. Its only going to get worse. Sooner you do that the less money you will have to pay. These printers are not covered under warranty for clogging. This is what I was told by tech support.

Hi, If its really bad and you are getting no where try this.

If you are confident enough whip out the head, fill a syringe with cleaning fluid and pump it through the magenta channel. If the nozzles dont squirt out in straight line downwards they are damaged. If they clear and start to squirt after a few seconds it was a clog and you should now be ok.

YOU MUST PERFORM A HEAD CLEAN (with ink) BEFORE YOU TRY AND PRINT AS THE CLEANING FLUID CAN FRY THE HEAD IF YOU TRY AND PRINT WITH IT.
