[Fast T-Jet 2] Power light solid and load light flashing

I have a Fast jet 2 and the printer does find until it starts to print after spooling and processing it stops at 81% and after it load the load light starts to flash like it is about to start but doesn't. I'm able to run a print head cleaning with out a problem before and after but not able to print
