Feel pretty stupid asking this but I can't figure it out and it's really annoying me. When I have a job that I have already printed and go back to reprocess it, it used to go into the queue then immediatley print. Now it goes to the queue then stops and shows pending until I click on it and hit print. It's just another thing to do before walking off to do something else. I know this is only a simple dialog box or menu that I need to change but I can't find it.... So hat in hand I'm asking for help.
Thanks
Kip
There is a "Start Queue" button at the top. This looks like several pages with a green play button on top of it. Click this and it will automatically start the queue and move onto the next job(s). As they come in.
Also Kip, you do know about changing the number of copies (prints) if you are printing a number of the same shirt at one time?
Thanks Harry and Justin, I knew it was simple. (now someone please remove this thread to hide my shame )
And Mark yes I have tried to use the copy feature many times and the first couple of copies work fine but sometime during the run it will misregister and ruin the shirt. Very odd problem that has recurred even after buying a new gold HP usb cable and on a second new computer with a fresh install of FA/FastRip. So I finally quit using the feature. But thanks for the idea. Does it work without errors for you?
Yes it works perfectly for me. I do runs up to 50 shirts all the time and the copy number feature in FastRIP works fine.
The very few times I had a registration error on my T-Jet 2 it turned out to be a ball of lint or something in the small rectangle line up hole on the underside of the bed, or on the sensor underneath that the machine uses to line up the bed each time the bed loads. I regularly make sure those things are free of lint and dust.
Your problem seems very weird. Why would it register fine when you only print single counts but not when you print multiple counts? Very weird.

From Justin in our Support Department:
This can be resolved by sending less copies to the printer at one time as well as adjusting the port time outs.
This can changed in FastRIP by going to Printers> Manage Printers> Click the context menu that looks like [...] (located between the port and version #)
There are two boxes that are labeled "Infinite". This should help resolve those misregistered prints after the first few copies.
Harry I owe you and Justin another "thank you" (and maybe a Christmas present ). That seems to have fixed it, I just ran 15 shirts without a problem. It had never even ran 10 without a mistake before. And thank you again Mark, if you wouldn't have brought up the subject it never would have gotten fixed.

Always happy to help. The T-Jet 2 is a great printer with the upgrades.
