Default Blazer pro trouble w/ 2 colors not printing
I printed my first shirt a couple days ago after having my machine for almost 2 months ( w/ in that time I was sick for about 5 days and didnt use the machine( cleaning or anything ).....I am now having trouble w/ the red and 1 of the whites printing. I went to print a shirt after the first print and red did not show up, did a test print and no red and 1 of the whites did not show up either...last night did sevral cleanings and power cleaning, it looks like there is no color going through those 2 lines... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated I am very new to this machine

From Michael in our Support Department:

Without knowing more specifics about your printer (how old is the printhead, maintenance procedures, etc.) it sounds like your printhead is clogged. The fact you are getting ink movement through the other lines tells me the capping station should be fine. The other issue could be clogged dampers/ink delivery system.

You can disassemble the bulk cartridge and clean the connector; Flush out the lines with hot distilled water; Manually prime the ink back up with a syringe (tip: raise the ink lever so the ink does not run back into the bulk system) and gently try to flush out the printhead with cleaning solution.

well I think I have done destroyed the machine...LOL, I guess thats all I can do is laugh about it....its about 1 yr old...I keep getting load paper msg, and paper level....so I guess I need to have it serviced or throw a bomb under it....all I did was take the case off around it( T Jet Blazer Pro ) and basically tried to pull it through w/ a syringe ( didnt have the best of luck finding one to fit it )so who knows....but thanks for your reply

From Michael in our Support Department:

A machine that is 1 year old is due for a maintenance check-up, and certain wear components at that time should be replaced as part of that maintenance. The error messages you are getting, did you set anything on the Epson LCD? The error messages are specific as to their causes and origins.

A technician should have no problem bringing the machine back to good working order.
