Hi, I got a problem with my T-Jet Blazer Express. It doesnīt print any ink. Despite the fact that in the beginning the white ink was running through the tubes when I tried to make a powercleaning, I couldnīt print anything when I tried to print normally with white ink. Then it came worse into a point where the ink wasnīt even running through the tubes with powercleaning and finally it also happened with the color inks.
Well, I can manually make the ink run through the cartridges, tubes and dampers and I can also inject cleaning solution trough the print head, but it is impossible to make it work together normally, so I would like to know if is this the way the printhead dies after a year of printing or am I having problems with another parts of the printer?.
I mean, ink runs manually trough the cartridges (they are clean), tubes (also clean), dampers (guess they are enough clean to work since I can put ink trough them) and printhead (I have seen cleaning solution coming out like a fountaine from the nozzles)... but when I print ink just donīt move any inch. Not a drop of ink in the capping station, not a drop of ink over the shirt
Make sure that your "Capping Station" is working, you can do this by putting some cleaning fluid in it and do a simple clean, also make sure that the "Capping Station" seal is clean and not damaged, a look at the "WiperBlade" would not hurt also

Thank you YoDan, Iīve tried it also, but it doesnīt seem to be the problem. Capping station drains perfectly, the seal looks ok and also the wiper, Iīve been very very meticulous cleaning it every day.
Appreciate your advice.

If you can see ink being pulled through the lines, etc., during a power cleaning, yet nothing will print, that is indicative of a fuse being blown on the Main Board. A print head by itself will not just stop printing altogether.
However, being a year old, there are certain maintenance issues here at hand. It is almost certain that the dampers and possibly the bulk ink system need replacing / cleaning, as well as the capping station. A year of use is excellent for your print head, but that also is a replaceable component.
Thank you Dan, Iīve tried it also, but it doesnīt seem to be the problem.
I aggree that if the "Capping Station" is working as well as all the ink delivery system parts, than it could be your "Motherboard" especialy if you have gotten you "Ribbon Cables" wet

Ok thanks, Iīll check the fuses. It still intrigues me the fact that at the first time the machine didnīt print despite the ink was running with the powercleaning but later the ink didnīt move even with powercleanings... but the fuse could be a good answer, Iīll check it!
Well, I changed the 5 Amp fuse, but Iīm not sure about if it was even blown. Also I donīt have a replace for the 2 Amp fuse, so Iīll have to wait... but I still donīt have any result. Maybe itīs not the fuse because the machine has left this afternoon some little white drops in the capping station and printed a really weak white impression, but as the same way it has started to print all has gonne away. Again it does not print. Maybe itīs been a remain of cleaning solution with white ink or maybe not, but itīs gone...
Update :
After a power cleaning the colour ink has poped out but the white ink is not moving by the tubes, they have a lot of air. Is there a way to remove the air? Everytime I remove the srynge from the dampers the tubes fills with a lot of air...

It sound like you have checked the fuses on the dc motor control board and not the mainboard. The mainboard is under the area where the shirtboard or platen goes in and out. If you remove the covers to the area where the lead screw or screw that drives the bed in and out you will see a usb cable plugged in there. The fuses aren't the normal glass type fuse but a surface mount component that doesn't look like a fuse. If is marked f6 on the board. What would concern me is how the fuse got blown in the first place, there is generally a reason and the most common are the head cables. Take a look at those where they plug into the head and check for damage such as burns or bad connectors. There are documents available that can explain the fuse location and the process to repair the mainboard. If you would like these send me a message and I'd be happy to send them on.
Karl is correct. It sounds like you were working on the DC Motor Control Board, not the main board. Below is a picture of what the main board looks like.
Ok, but I made two power cleanings and now I can print colour ink and a really weak white. There's three tubes of white ink whit air and they still having the same air after two power cleanings. So do you think this problem is because the main board?
It's definately not the main board if you can even print one drop of any color. It sounds like an issue with ink flow through the tubes, dampers or a possible clogged head.

If you got the printer to print an image (color/weak white), it is not the main board. The printer is a year old, and most likely it is time to clean the bulk ink system, replace the dampers / printhead and capping station. These are all components that do need replacing after a certain amount of use. Also, how you maintain and clean the capping station and agitate the white inks daily have a very large factor in the lifespan of these components. It sounds like you need to give the printer a complete tune-up. I do not believe that any amount of power cleanings at this point can solve your issues.
Ok, I'll try to replace the dampers first... but its weird cause I can extract all the white ink with a srynge (the pressure srynge with a bottle who comes with the machine) and they don't look clogged, the problem is at the moment I disconect the srynge on the dampers the fill with air...

I'm not a expert by any stretch of the imagination but...are you sure the vents on the top of your white ink bottles are clean and open to let air in?, what your describing sounds like the vents might be clogged and when you remove the syringe air is getting sucked back in the damper....you might take the caps off your white ink and try a head cleaning/nozzle check that way to be sure.
