 Error code 0001001D
I keep getting error code 0001001D. The printhead/carriage is too low. The 2 bars that hole the carriage keep lowering it so low it hits the outside of the capping station when it tries to dock. Even if I manually move the gears to raise it. It will print fine once or twice but eventually will lower back down to hit the station . First time this has happened to me and I've had this for over a year don't know what caused it. Any help ? Thanks ! |
