 service req code 00010000 and 0001001e

Ok just when you think you have it under control, i am getting either service req 000100000 or 0001001e when the printer moves from home to the other end it just doesnt start its cycle and trips out with 00010000 or sometimes goes half way through the cycle and then trips out with the 0001001e i have cleaned the encoder and keep it very clean just not sure what to do next
