Ok. This question is for the people that actually have experience building their own DTG. I acquired a new C88+ and it is still in the box, never opened. I have the tray meachanism for it almost finished. I haven't bought DTG ink yet. I did read nearly all of the featured $150 DTG printer post. My question is, knowing what you know now, would you continue with the C88 project, or resale it for something to use with Multirip GP? I screen simple shirts now with Plastisol. I am afraid that the print area of the C88 will be smaller than I may find useful. Also? How easy and necessary is it to make multiple passes with it? Any recommendations, please help! I want something that isn't just functional, but actually useful as well. So, what would you do?

Thanks

I'm thinking to buy a Epson Workforce 1100 wide-format-printer for my homemade DTG. Could it be similar like building a C88? Never made one, I'm gonna follow those videos posted in here & youtube.com
