I have changed the cartridges, new hoses and flush two in used print-heads and still no ink flow or waste. Make sure cartridges were all checked, cables etc.

The printer goes all steps of the whole process but no ink flow.

Any suggestions on what could be the issue? The printer was printing properly just a few weeks back before I purchased it.

I noticed that after a head cleaning the ink was not being pumped out of the capping station. I can pull the ink out with a syringe and I disassembled and cleaned the capping station and it is not clogged. It was a new capping... Is it common for the pumps on the capping station to go bad?

It was a new capping station and print head, it only lasted for about 100 shirts.

I have a Fast jet 2 and the printer does find until it starts to print after spooling and processing it stops at 81% and after it load the load light starts to flash like it is about to start but doesn't. the printhead is kind of new (8 weeks) and well maintained, capping station very clean and so are the wiper blades.

nozzle check shows some broken nozzels on the black (3 in total). we are able to pull ink from the cartridges without problems.

do you think this is an ink flow issue?

please let me know when you have an idea!

I have tried deleting the print queue and recreating it, no luck still having the same issue.

I unplug it, put it back on but the green light for the Star Button doesn't come up.

When I have a job that I have already printed and go back to reprocess it, it used to go into the queue then immediatley print. Now it goes to the queue then stops and shows pending until I click on it and hit print. It's just another thing to do before walking off to do something else. I know this is only a simple dialog box or menu that I need to change but I can't find it.... So hat in hand I'm asking for help.

It stops at random spots during printing and the Epson LCD screen tells me to turn the printer off and back on again.

It started yesterday and is happening almost every run.

My machine is seen heavy use so is there a counter or something that needs reset?
