T-ShirtForums is happy to announce a new section of the forum called "Official Company Sponsored Support Forums" (maybe we can call it OCSSF for short? :))

Q: What exactly is an Official Company Sponsored Support Forum section?

A: An OCSSF is a section of the forum where a specific company has selected T-ShirtForums to outsource their online forum support offering to have them hosted at T-ShirtForums.com
Q: What's the difference between an Official Company Sponsored Forum section like the ones for Pro World and a section of the forum with a company name like "CafePress"?

A: Good question! Some forum sections were created as simply a way to help keep frequently discussed topics more organized.

Customers or potential customers of those companies may have already been posting questions here in the forums, however, there's no "official" support from the company offered. Sometimes employees of the company may see posts and respond, however the focus is organizing existing peer to peer help questions.

With the OCSSF sections, companies actively promote that their help forums are hosted at T-ShirtForums.com and their OCSSF sections are specifically co-branded with their company logos and banners.

So in addition to the awesome, friendly, peer to peer help you've come to know and love at T-ShirtForums, you can also get more frequent "official" answers from company staff and have a more accessible point of contact that is an active member of our community.





Q: What are the rules for this new section?

A: The same guidelines that helped T-ShirtForums grow to be the largest, friendliest place to network, learn and share information about the t-shirt industry still apply.





 Q: This is cool! How do I use it?

A: You know how sometimes you have a question about a product and you want to hear answers from fellow customers who have already purchased and used that product? We've got that :)

There are also those times where you'd like to hear an official word from the company based on their past experience with the product or tips that they know have worked for other customers. Now, we've got that too :)

Instead of having to register for 17 different forums from 17 different companies, we're making it easier to get the help you need all in one place! If you're a Pro World customer, but not yet registered for T-ShirtForums.com, please fill out the quick registration form here.

It's easy. If you have a question about a product you bought from Pro World or a product you've seen on the Pro World website (heat transfer paper for inkjet and laser printers, heat presses, stock plastisol transfers, blank garments and other imprintables), you just head on over to the Pro World Help sections of the forums and click on the POST NEW THREAD button to post your question there.

You'll get help from fellow Pro World customers as well as great official responses from Pro World staff.
