The cheapest press I could find in Europe is a Seiki from Germany at 299 euros. I just ordered it and should receive it by next week. Although cheap for Europe, that is still 50% more expensive than in the USA.

Now I am looking for vinyl PU (not toxic PVC)to transfer letters.
Guess what. The cheapest I find costs 6 euros per meter (20 inches large) on a 25 meters roll. Looks like it is AGAIN 50% more than in the USA. A bit surprising to me as I would expect this material to come from China...

Does anyone has any reliable brand in Europe (preferably France) of cheap opaque vinyl for dark t-shirts, cheaper than 6 euros per meter ?

I don't think you could get vinyl anywhere in Europe cheaper than this.(6€)
I've been looking myself for cheaper vinyl with no luck and here in Finland it costs even more, about 14-15 € meter at cheapest(!)

I am trying to reduce costs. I found out that 99% of my transfers needs can go into a 20cm*25cm frame

I have just purchased 1 rolls of 12.5 linear meters each, 51 cm large for 95 euros inc. VAT and transportation.

I have cut the 51 cm large band of 12.5 lm the middle, and then cut each band in pieces of 20 cm large.

This leaves me with 10 pages per linear meter.

In total, I therefore have 125 sheets, almost A4 format (20cm * 25.5 cm), for 95 euros. That is 0.76 euros per sheet of PU flex.

I would really appreciate if anyone finds cheaper prices in the European Communauty.

SeriDeco sells Hotmark 400 for about 11,-/m (VAT. 0) but that's almost 14 with taxes.

I found a cheaper German webstore 6 months ago but they didn't answer my e-mail back then and now that I'd actually need more vinyl I can't find the store anymore.

Philgib, could you post link for that German Seiki.

Teashirtz, Finland is a tax paradise country, they add a lot of taxes on any products here, so therefore everything is very expensive here. Also my company, where I work, has to buy now and then vinyl from this company, which sells it for so high price because we have a contract with them, and because we are associates.

Is it really much cheaper in the US? I don't mind ordering from the US but I've been searching and can't find any cheap vinyl. Even on eBay prices are around $10 for a yard.

Our PU Flexi-Film starts at £4.50 for 20m+ (50cm wide). We only offer free UK delivery so there would be a delivery charge to anywhere else in Europe. Many of the best quality vinyls are still manufactured in Europe. Below €5-€6 per metre, you are likely to find that the vinyls are being manufactured elsewhere and you may be sacrificing quality for price. It is best to request samples for testing before purchasing large quantities.
