Default Need help with digitizing

When I got this logo I thought i could just find the font and use it, since it seemed fairly easy but when I tried to use the font in 0.5" size the lettering looked like there were a lot of threads missing. The font I used was Sabon Bold, a true type font. I'm using Pulse Illustrator version 10. What I'd like to know is are there any features in the software that I can tweak to get this font to work at 0.5" size or any other software that can convert TTF font into an embroidery font.
I've tried Pull Composition, Underlay, Complex Fill, Satin, Artwork fill none of them really worked. The font works fine for anything larger than 0.75".

Any advice would be appreciated. I need to complete the order by Tomorrow.

Try spacing it out a little and adding a stroke to thinken it up, might work.
