Default PR620 & Hats

I just purchased the Brother PR620. I am new to this machine. I have the advanced hat hooping system PRCF3 which should sew an embroidery field of 2.5" x 5". I am running into the problem that my machine is not recognizing the advanced hat hoop. It is only allowing me to do a design that is under 2" tall, which is the standard size. Is there another adjustment or something that I am missing here?

Thanks, Nancy

Nancy,
Since you just got your machine, join this group just for your machines. They have full parts and maintenance manuals as well. Search the archives for any questions you may have. They are much better than most dealers

Check the Brother website and make sure you have the latest firmware?
