Are you asking how to put it on the shirt? Also are you saying this is a badge like pre-sewn item for the shirt?

To attach these, we use an adhesive to attach the patch to the item and then place blind stitches for additional hold.

You can also place a border around the patch (much like a FSL border) to secure it.

Stitch it down with a sewing machine using a zig-zag stitch with thread that matches the border or clear monofiliment thread.
Or, take the uniforms and patches to an alterations shop and have them sew the patches on for you.

We got the patch kit and it was heaven especially for linen shirts that needed the logo on the pocket.
